Superior room felt claustrophobic with no view!!! Torn bed sheets and broken bathroom door were disappointing!!! Internet issues disrupted connectivity, not to mention erratic hot water supply. A solid upgrade in room furnishings and maintenance is needed!!!

The staff are the true stars here, particularly Paul who helped my husband with his foot injury every day for three days. We was like we were in a little oasis, the tranquil atmosphere and really good service.

It wasn't exactly economical, but worth it for the experience.

We stayed in a Superior Room for 5 nights, and honestly, it was great! The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfy bed, made it easy to relax after a long day. The super nice team, and we even got an upgrade, a nice surprise. The only small issue was the lack of daily room cleaning, but overall, it was a good experience.

I had the most amazing 3 nights in a Superior Room! The breakfast menu changed daily. The swimming pool was not just clean. It was a refreshing oasis where I spent hours lounging and soaking up the sun!
